Nepali Congress senior leader Ram Chandra Paudel has accused Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal of being a stumbling block to the implementation of Constitution.Stressing that the government should have played a vital role in the implementation process, Paudel warned that if PM Dahal “does not correct his ways, the coalition parties will not believe in him.”He meanwhile requested all parties to leave their ego and conservative ideas, and to work to establish a new Nepal as a federal, religiously tolerant country.

Photo: Laxmi Gautam/ THTAlso present in the programme, NC General Secretary Shashanka Koirala stated that the demands of the Madhes-based parties and the indigenous people must be kept at the centre of the purported Constitution amendment.
He also underlined the importance of cooperation between the parties to hold the elections of three ties – local, provincial and federal – on time.NC central member and lawmaker Bhishma Raj Angdembe had also addressed the programme.
