Kathmandu, Jan 8: A delegation of the Nepal Federation of Indigenous Nationalities (NEFIN) submitted a 20-point memorandum to Speaker Onsari Gharti today concentrating on the amendment of the constitution and restructuring of the state. The delegation led by NEFIN Chair Jagat Bahadur Baram demanded that the Federation also be included in the ongoing deliberations on the constitution amendment proposal.
